Bubble Bar Boston, Massachusetts The Bubble Bar is a floating champagne bar tethered to the bed of the Charles River. The “bubble” floats on the surface of the water when collecting passengers and elevates above the city by means of helium filled structural ribs. A polycarbonate transparent floor allows for downward views when aloft or afloat.
